Shows a tooltip at the specified location.

This will replace any previously shown tooltip.

widget
GUI widget over which to display the tooltip.
position
Position of the tooltip, relative to the parent GUI widget.
text
Text to display on the tooltip.

Hides the currently shown tooltip.

Returns a reference to the module instance.

Module has to have been started up first otherwise an exception will be thrown.
